It's 60 degrees, it's snowing, it's 17 degrees! Must be wintertime in NYC. I say put on your best clothes, wrap yourselves up and g0 out! It's a great time to catch up with friends, have some good food and drinks and remember all that's good about being here. No winter Malaise for us. We have the Beautiful Calamity Chang hosting her hot Sunday night Dim Sum Burlesque Show, can't wait to see what surprises she has in store for us this week, naughty girl! In the kitchen, we're serving up Carnitas (that's pork baby) Spring Rolls with a thai pineapple lime dipping sauce Bueno! and My version of a Monte Cristo with buffalo mozzarella, olive tapenade, holy basil and duck salami - Food Heaven! Grilled Filet Mignon with wasabi potatoes and a shiitake plum wine sauce. The Bar is pouring a new Malbec wine, Bodegas Renacer from Argentina and it's just as awesome as the band too! Hope to see you Chowing at Chow Bar this weekend!
